1918 Flu Epidemic

The Flu epidemic in 1918 closes all schools in Clark County. Bunkerville Normal School teacher Miss Connelly takes her class of six teacher trainees from Bunkerville to White Rock a few miles from Bunkerville and camped there until it was safe to return. These young student teachers had students of their own in the fall. (Normal School was a two year training program for graduated high school students to become school teachers in that time period.)
